The optional newsletter is double opt-in: signing up creates a pending record and sends a confirmation link, and nothing joins the list until you click it. The emails contain no open pixels and no click tracking.

• For a confirmed subscriber I store only your email address, an optional language preference, the dates you signed up and confirmed, and which page you signed up from.
• The IP address you sign up from is kept briefly for abuse-prevention and is discarded as soon as you confirm (or when an unconfirmed signup is purged, within about a week).
• Unsubscribing (one click from any email) deletes those details and keeps only a one-way hash of your address, so you are never silently re-added.
• Your address is never sold, rented, or shared. Delivery goes through Cloudflare Email and Resend purely to send the messages you asked for.
