Trilateration, calculate and map the shared intersection of three geodesic circles.
Calculate the intersection of 3 circles and display the results on a map. This is the classic trilateration problem: fixing a position from known distances to three reference points. Enter the center coordinates and radius for each circle, then press Calculate. Coordinate inputs accept DDM, DD, and DMS formats. If your measured distances are a little off and the circles do not all cross, the best fit option finds the point that comes closest to all three circles and shows each circle's distance error.
