FoxiMax Cache Builder

Make your own daily FoxiMax cache with a sharable play link.

This is FoxiMax, as your own cache. It is a growing game of hangman: a player guesses letters one at a time against a hidden five-letter word. A hit reveals that letter across every word in play; a miss adds another hidden word, so there is more to solve. Reveal every letter of every word to win, the fewer words used the better. There are eight hidden words each day and they change every day. You do not pick the words, every cache rotates through its own daily words, checked on the server, so nothing is hidden in the page for a player to peek at. Reveal every letter of every word and the final coordinates or keyword appear.

Anything you create here is public to anyone with the link, and you are responsible for what you publish. Keep a copy of your edit key, it is the only way to change or delete your puzzle later.

Your puzzle

Shown at the top of the play page, so keep it short (up to 48 characters).

Shown to players as a link to your cache page.

Only the site admin can see this, in case they need to reach you about your cache. Never shown to players.

The puzzle uses new five-letter words every day, so there are no words to set. Each cache rotates through its own eight daily words, and a player who misses after all eight are showing is locked out until tomorrow.

On solve, reveal

Shown only after a player reveals every word. Reveal either the final coordinates or a keyword, not both.

Where can I host an image for free?

Paste a direct https:// link to an image. Free image hosts that give a direct link include ImgBB, postimages.org, and Cloudinary. A geocaching.com image link works too. The link must start with https://.
