Übchi Transposition Cipher

The Übchi Transposition Cipher was used by the Germans during World War 1 and is a double columnar transposition cipher. It was abandoned by the Germans following an article in the French newspaper Le Matin in November 1914, which praised the success of the decryption by the French. This cipher was originally found on Rumkin.com and was created by Tyler Akins.
