Rotation Grid
The cipher takes text written in a grid, rotates them by 90° and reads the text back out. Spaces are rotated with the letters but newlines are not. You can choose a pad character, which will be used if the columns do not divide evenly into the text length. This cipher was originally found on Rumkin.com created by Tyler Akins.
